She is a 2023 Goldwater Scholar and Astronaut Scholar, as well as a Stamps Scholar. She's the president of LSU's Research Ambassadors and the President of Alpha Epsilon Delta, the pre-medical honor society on campus. Ogden Honors College, international studies senior accepts Rotary Global Grant Scholarship to pursue graduate study in Northern Ireland
Ogden Honors College senior Marisa Terry, a native of Lakewood, Washington, has been awarded a Rotary Global Grant Scholarship in the amount of $30,000. The scholarship provides funding for students traveling overseas (outside of the US or Canada) for graduate school, whose intended area of study matches one of the Rotary Club’s areas of focus.

LSU junior Cale Locicero has been named a 2022 Goldwater Scholar, making him the 39th in LSU’s history. The scholarship program honoring Sen. A committee of judges from the College Band Directors National Association has recognized the LSU Tiger Marching Band for their November 2021 show Land of the Free Because of the Brave, and invited the band faculty to present at the 2022 CBDNA Southern Regional Conference, to be held Feb. 24-26, in Columbia, S.C.
