Todd S. Manuel, Vice President of Engagement, Civil Rights & Title IX

Todd S. Manuel serves as Louisiana State University’s Vice President of Engagement, Civil Rights & Title IX. He oversees LSU’s Title IX compliance programs and obligations. In addition, he provides leadership in the prevention of and response to all matters of discrimination on LSU campuses and works to ensure equal opportunity for all students, faculty, and staff.

Manuel is a seasoned executive and thought leader, with expertise in leveraging organizational engagement as a business enabler at both an enterprise and industry-wide level. Prior to joining LSU, he worked as an executive in the electric power industry. He also was a partner with a Baton Rouge based law firm where he engaged primarily in general civil defense litigation.

A leader who believes in the power of community engagement, Manuel currently serves as a member of the board of directors of the Baton Rouge Area Foundation and Helix Community Schools.
