2025 Leadership LSU Cohort
November 18, 2025
LSU has named 18 students to the Leadership LSU Class of 2025, the university’s premier opportunity for students preparing to serve as emerging leaders in their communities.
Now in its 35th year, Leadership LSU is one of the university’s most distinctive honors for exceptional juniors, seniors, and graduate students. Participants are selected for their scholar-leader qualities, their potential for continued growth, and their ability to positively influence others.
Throughout the semester, the cohort met weekly and took part in a retreat that included tours, panel discussions, and guest speakers addressing local issues. The program encourages students to become engaged, integrity-driven contributors to the LSU community and to society beyond campus. The semester concluded with students presenting solutions to a range of community challenges.
