Biography

Boryung Ju is a Professor in the School of Information Studies at Louisiana State University. Her research focuses on human-computer interaction, information behavior, and social informatics, with a particular interest in how people engage with information systems and emerging technologies in everyday life. Dr. Ju’s work explores the social and behavioral factors that shape user experiences with information technologies, including AI and digital platforms.  Since joining LSU, her scholarly work has appeared in LIS leading scholarly journals and she has presented at a range of international interdisciplinary conferences.
