Research Interests
Her research explores the intersections of critical literacies, leadership, and lifelong
learning, with particular emphasis on:
- Adult and higher education methodologies that foster innovation and professional growth
- Lifelong learning and professional development as pathways for individual and organizational
transformation
- Advanced learning strategies and analytical skill development in academic and workforce
contexts
- AI and cybersecurity education, emphasizing digital and evaluative literacy for teachers,
learners, and professionals in evolving STEM and workforce settings
- Global and international education, workforce mobility, and cross-cultural learning
- Higher education leadership, faculty development, and career advancement, particularly
within human resource development and adult education disciplines
