What to Include in a Proposal Containing Subawards

If LSU is including a subrecipient in one of our proposals we need the following information from the subrecipient:

• Letter of Collaboration signed by Subcontractor's Authorized Institutional Representative (Examples)
• Budget and Budget Justification
• Copy of fringe benefit and F&A cost rate agreement when rates are included in the budget (not required for universities)
• Scope of Work (only needed for an expanded review)
