The Foreign Language Lab (FLL) is a language learning facility in the Department of
Foreign Languages & Literatures. Dr. Michael B. Dettinger has served as Director of
the FLL and German Instructor since 2006, managing the daily operations of the facility
and leading a team of student workers and a graduate assistant. The FLL provides computer
labs with 85 computers, a film screening room with a foreign language film library
of over 4,000 titles, and a seminar room, all of which are available to meet the academic
needs of LSU students and faculty.
